Medics, they are extremely useful.

Yes I'm gonna agree with this one. The medics are without a doubt one of the most useful units (in the campaign). Plus with stabilizer medpacks, they can keep almost any unit alive long enough for it to win a firefight.

Zergling!!!! when you type /dance they break dance therefore, that makes them the best unit ever. I suppose hydralisk, ultralisk, marine, marauder, thor, zealot and high templar are runners up since they also dance... but its not as cool as the break dancing zergling

Thor because who doesnt like a good Governator impression. Before I had played it myself I was over a buddy's house who was playing the camp where you first get the Thor. All I heard was "CLICK ME I AM HEYERE" and lost it.

For the poll options, I'm going to have to say the good ol' Siege Tank. I just love dominating my opponents from a range.

However.. in Campaign.. I love those bunkers with the turret upgrade..

Stalker/Sentry combo is my favorite. Get enough Stalkers with a few backup Sentry, and you can take on a force twice its size and win with just a little micromanagement. Good times!
