Basically put. How did your first date go? Was it great, a flop, or somewhere in between?

I'll just put how mine went like so: Hot scalding gravy fell on my pants.

It was not a sucsess.

I've never really had a first "Date" persay, i mean, i've have girls come over my house as more then a friend? i don't know. Even so, let's just say my first date was INCREDIBLY painful.

Mine was only realized as a date a week after the fact, when I formally asked her out.
That's right. I'm so awkward that I didn't realize I was on a date.

My first date was a disaster.

I've blocked most of it out but I'm pretty sure we didn't say word to each other beyond hi and bye, we barely even made eye contact.

On the plus side the second date (with a different girl, so technically a first date, but my second-ow my head-I houldn't drink relentless) went much better.

Too lazy to date anyone. Besides that, based on common data I've gathered, I don't see a point in dating at my age anyway.

Lets see, we were both young and nervous and we went to see a crappy movie, so it was a disaster, but we laugh about it now.

I actually didn't really get see my first girlfriend alone until a month or so into our relation, so we've had several ocassions that could be marked as 'first date'. For example, the first time we met, the first time we watched a movie together (even though there were others) or really the first time I actually hung out with her alone. All of the ocassions that come to mind were grand though, the first few months of my first relation are probably up to today still the best of my life.

All of my girlfriends I have gotten with, have been without going on 'dates' first. We just saw each other alot, then started going out. Since going out, you try and go on 'dates' but it just ends up becoming a mildly pleasant distraction, and then we both just want to go home and have sex instead.
