First videogame I think I ever played was Pole Position for the Atari. Back then, (I think I was four or so at the time) it was really damn hard to win at all. x3

I was 5 or 6 years old at a family reunion at a relative's house. Donkey Kong Country was keeping the kids entertained. That fall for my birthday I got a GameBoy (black with pink lettering, so early 90s) with Super Mario Land.

Good times.

I don't remember the name but it was some Power Rangers fighting game for the NES. I think. It was a long time ago so I really can't remember.

I played around with some old PC games before, the usual edutainment stuff like Oregon Trail, and played Castevania and Mario over friends' houses. But the first time I played a game and really enjoyed it was Doom. The real milestone was when I finally started a level and decided I didn't need Godmode. Keep in mind, I was only 10.

I was 5 or so, I played Sonic on Sega Genesis/Mega Drive, my first console no less. Best part is I still have the system and the game and they both still work.

At four years old, I beat "Yobi's Basic Spelling Tricks", a stunningly awesome piece of edutainment with spelling and puzzles designed for kids around ten years of age.

Oh, and it's about 120 levels long.

5 years old, got the NES for xmas, was a toss up at the time between NES and Atari 2600, ended up with the NES happily.
Ah the halcyon days when Super Mario Bros. was a new game...

I was 4 or 5 years old, I think.
I got to play some top-down c64 shmup with my cousin.
My first milestone, though, I think was when I first beat Super Mario after I had played and practised for days.
I think I was 6.

My 6 year old step brother can barely stay on the road in Burnout paradise.
Super Mario would crush him.
Man, today's youth, I tell you...
