PC tower, cables aren't fasten in with those twiddly things so i'd be able to rip em out and bolt for it.
Other than that i'd maybe retrieve my hat and a box of momentos i have.

1 I have no dog
2 even if I did, my stuff is insured so the console would just be replaced anyway

I would save my memory box and my guitar, both are fairly close to each other so I can probably easily grab both very quickly

Assuming you have both a dog and a console; how could there even be an option? Okay, you may have to play a few games over again but you don't lose the companionship of the dog.

The dog(s). They're not the ones that are mass-produced and replaceable.

But I'm pretty sure my dogs are strong enough to get out from anything I can lift off them.

Well since I do not ahve a dog, I'd choose console.
But since my house is not on fire so this thread is in bizarro universe, I'd save my dog, and the console (just remove the wood on the dog, tell him to go outside while I get my console)
in case of little time, the dog though, a concole is just a thing. it can be replaced. My imaginairy dog cannot.

My laptop or perhaps my stash of cash, depending on which is closer, since I don't have a dog or a console.

CAPTCHA has just given me the name of the next MS Office! "Microspace oficepo" :D

Look, it costs $300 to replace your console. It that is the most expensive thing in your house, you need to ask your boss for a raise.

The dog would kind of need to get out on it's own, but I don't think easily replaceable electrical devices are even in the top 5 of what I would save, with the possible exception of my PSP and bose headset--those I might stick in my pockets and around my neck as I headed out the door with things that are more expensive or of sentimental value.

I mean, I gotta have something to do while they put out the fire.

My console is a piece of shit PS2 that is in a quantum state of both working and not working. I'm thinking a new one isn't exactly going to cost me an arm and a leg. So the dog is looking at a pretty bright future (or both of them, as is the case.)

On the other hand, replace console with my rats, all five of them or even just Issa the Wonder Rodent, the best rat ever (or indeed any of them) and the dogs' near future consists of immolation. Sad maybe, but that's the way it's going to be.

My dog, while I do love my ps3, I love my dog more. I mean, when was the last time my ps3 greeted me at the door when I had a shitty day? Never, that's when.

My dog is just hanging out by my desk sleeping, he's just so damn cute.

I don't have a dog. Though I'm not really much of a console gamer since I got my hands on a really good PC, so... C'mere PC!

To be honest I'd save my cat first, but then again, she's small and tiny and thus easy to carry. My dog is absolutely massive and heavy. However, according to the OP he's merely trapped under some stuff, and I know my dog would immediately run away from the fire, to safety, or follow me. Hence I'd first remove the stuff that's trapping him, and then pick up my cat while calling for my dog to follow. If he's injured then I'll get my cat to safety first, then come back and carry as best I can my dog to safety too. Ideally, saving both either way, whatever happens.

As for my games console, I'd go back for it if it wouldn't put my life at risk (so, a smallish fire or something), but otherwise would simply leave it. I can get a new games console anytime, it's insured and I have a job. I can't replace my dog or my cat. Well, I can, but it wouldn't be the same, it wouldn't really be them, would it?

Who would save their console if it came down to this? Seriously? If I had a dog, I wouldn't give two shits about my console, f*** my console, honestly!

After a few seconds of contemplating I'd probably pick dog, but replace the dog with a cat and it I would pick the cat instantly.

Although in real life I don't have a cat or a dog...
