Poll: Your take on 'Two and a Half Men'?

My dad and I saw part of an episode at a hospital once.

You know a show that's supposed to be a comedy fails miserably when we laughed harder at an infomercial. Seriously, it started off bad and just got worse with every passing moment.

I get the odd laugh but besides that it's a terrible show. it's too predictable.

I find if funny, sometimes. If it's on, and I'm bored, I'll watch/listen to it.

Do you count things like Modern Family or the Office?

Anyway, it's an above average laugh-track sitcom, which means it only makes me want to kill the entire human race twice an episode, as opposed to the usual five.

The Office? Ugh that show is painful for me to watch.

Why, if I might ask?

I find that it tries way too hard and is way too dry. It's boring and unfunny to me. I just find it stupid. But it's weird because I can watch crap like Aquateen Hungerforce, which a majority of people I know hate with a passion. I've really tried watching The Office (both English and American versions) and I just can't do it.

Yeah, it can be a little dry at times.

It makes me laugh a lot of the time, so I like it. I'm that guy that wishes the entire cast and crew of Arrested Development will just spontaneously combust and die horribly painful deaths for being the most unfunny 'comedy' show I have ever seen, though.

I strongly dislike it, along with all those other American sitcoms, (Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother.)
I've never actually watched a full episode, but what little I've seen, i've already decided I'm not a fan.

for me 2 and a half men is just that show on before i watch south park, i occasionally catch the last 10 minutes or so but don't find it that funny TBH.

This show is only about "having sex", "not having sex" and a stupid kid. It fills me with anger and sadness.

No, two brothers, one of which is divorced have to take care of the divorced ones' son occasionally.

OT: I like it, but I don't know if I could stomach watching an entire 4-5 hours of it. I DO like it, but there's not a whole lot of variation between episodes, the one guy always has a new girlfriend staying at his place, the other guy always nags, and the kid just whines.

I found it annoying but then again, it's a sitcom. How many sitcoms are actually good?

"How many currently airing sitcoms are actually good?"

The middle on sky one is kinda funny, not the best, but one of the few i will watch nowdays.
and yes. i hate two and a half men with a flameing passion.

My girlfriend and I watch it semi regularly and we like it a lot. Not every episodes are mad genius however. On the plus sides, the women in that show are gorgeous.

The thing I hate most about the show is the audience though. I don't need to be told when it's supposed to be funny.

That's how it is with all sitcoms. They're filmed in front of an audience. So, of course they're going to laugh.

I don't think it's the best show, but it's certainly not the worst out there. I find it entertaining enough to watch it when I'm bored.
