Poll: Zombies! (Your favourite kind?)

Very simple really. We've had "Favourite Zombie movie/game" and such, but as far as I, (and the forum search-bar) can see we've never had this general question:

What's your favourite kind of Zombie, from any game?

Or perhaps rephrased:

What's your favourite Zombie, and what game is it from?

And if you can be bothered: why exactly is(are) that(they) you favourite kind?

I'm adding a poll with 9 options, of the most 'popular' Zombie games, so if your favourite Zombie is from a game on the list, you can vote for it. If your Zombie is not on the list though, you'll have to write a reply telling me what it is. I know, manual labor, it's hard, but someone's gotta do it!

Mine's Resident Evil, by the way. Crimson Heads (the fast zombies) in that game always scare the shit out of me, when they come running at odd angles.

Anyway, I always liked the Half Life headcrab zombies. I'm not sure if that counts but if it does, I'm saying that.

I haven't been on the forums much lately, so I wouldn't know. I didn't count the Half-life zombie in on purpose though, since it's an organism (visible on the human body) that controls other lifeforms. Same goes for Halo's Flood.

I know how ya feel mate. When I played Ocarina of Time for the first time, as a kid, I was terrified of those things. Especially since they freeze your ass out of fear!

Me too. I still remember the nightmare I had about them when I was 6.

I guess if I had to pick zombies to live with, they would be dead rising zombies, because they are really not zombies, just gore filled bags pretending to be zombies, and well, the other stuff (Slow, can be killed with a god damn STUFFED ANIMAL! and if you spend enough time fighting them you can learn judo face crushers and even imitate them to the point of being able to walk through crowds unnoticed)

If I had to pick zombies where I could enter the universe an screw with, then leave when I want, I would go for L4D/L4D2 zombies, because they are, if possible, dumber than the Dead Rising zombies, and die from being wacked 2-3 times with your gun. Also, griefing the tank's body would take a whole new level in pseudo-reality.
