I gotta be honest. At this point, I just love looking at these "Pony" posts for the images. There's always some funny ones in them. Don't really care beyond that. Anyway, keep them coming. I could use a good laugh!
You have no idea what you have just unleashed...
Who says I don't? Maybe that's just what I want?

Muahahahaha.....
Lol. Am I supposed to be doing that?
No, unless it was intentionally your plan to cause us to skip almost all the steps in the pony thread cycle.

Does anyone know of any pony pictures with a caption that reads something like "Didn't watch show. Hate on it anyways!" I believe that would be appropriate for threads such as this. Anyways yah good show I greatly enjoy it and I await the next thread that pops up.(not really)

I'm not sure which is more popular anymore; the show, or people making threads asking why the show is popular.

1. People question why people enjoy the show.
......................
7. Fans give up and just start posting pony pictures.

It was inevitable :D

Um... yes? Honestly, I don't know enough about the "Pony thread cycle" to derail it. I'm just here for the pretty/funny pictures.

Maybe a sandwich, but I doubt I'll get that.

1. People question why people enjoy the show.
2. Fans either try to explain or tell them to watch it and find out.
3. Some of the people who were asking about it become fans, others lose interest in the thread.
4. A small number of non-fans remain, either trolling or just being obnoxious.
5. Fans keep trying to explain what's good about the show.
6. Unlikable people persist.
7. Fans give up and just start posting pony pictures.
8. Eventually the thread dies.
9. New thread is created, go back to 1.
No sandwich for you not knowing the pony cycle!

Apparently it is supposed to harken back to the days of the 90's cartoons, but I don't see it.
It is just dumb.
You must not have watched the new show.

This quality piece of animation is nothing like the old commercials hasbro called a tv show.

Bloody hell, I only invented it an hour ago or so! I feel as if I'm going to have to post it on the MLP group front page, so that everyone knows how to get pony threads done as efficiently as possible.

1. Link the URL for the pic you want to post.
ex URL:
http://fc00.deviantart.net/fs70/i/2011/102/6/d/rainbow_dash_gets_cooler_by_megamag-d3du4gl.png

2. Put this --> [mg] in front of the URL and this --> [/ mg] at the end of end of the URL.

that's img in brackets and /img when at the end of the url.

Eh, it addressed the elephant in the room; it fits basically all the threads to a tee.

Don't take this a pretentious suggestion, but what the hell is this crap about ponies and children's cartoons? My friend came to me yesterday suggesting that I watched this and attempted to enjoy it. Curiously enough, I set down and attempted to view an episode as I earlier promised... Didn't even make it past the opening.

So, what, is this a new meme, am I late to the party? I really don't see what is so great about this. Help thy, for I may be lost and need enlightenment.

Edit: Well heck, I forgot to mention the most important part(Even though you probably already knew), I'm talking about that My Little Ponies cartoon.
It's a good cartoon. A REALLY good cartoon. Which surprised everyone. Considering, it is, you know, My Little Pony. Now it was My Little Pony with developed characters, storylines, animation, and dialogue. Which you simply don't expect out of girl's cartoon.

Of course, fans of animation jumped all over it. Because of the wit heavy dialogue in the show, and excrutiatingly lovable characters, it was perfect for meme status. At this point, it's grown to the highest echelon of memedom, spawning smaller memes (20% cooler, Fluttercry, love and tolerate the shit outta you) on an episodic basis.

And the fact that it has gotten this far, being MY LITTLE PONY, is a fascinating sight to behold, interesting others and growing even more.

So, yeah, that's a basic explanation of the pony phenomenon. Watch a few episodes. While I'm not a master of your taste, I will vouch that it is extremely enjoyable.

creating a pony thread is this forums equivalent of daring a bipolar general to order a tactical nuclear strike on your house.
At first nothing happens...
then you see the smoke...
comprehension shows on your face just moment before the horde arrives...
and cuddles you to death.
or assimilation, bronies are kinda like the borg

but with extra love. Also, I prefer Herd, not horde, fits in with the whole pony motif we have going, right?

You use the bracket command img to post images.
(img}*Image URL Here*(/img) replacing the ( ) with [ ] of course.

You can use http://imgur.com/ to upload images if that's what you meant.
