I certainly am not a Rarity fanboy.Adrian Madhog said:Oh... so it wasn't the fact that you're an obvious Rarity fanboy? You were just bothered by my grammar! Everything is clear now!Cap said:No, but it's incorrect, and not the right use of the word obnoxious.Adrian Madhog said:You're not getting worked up for a simple adjective meant as an ironic depiction, are you?Cap said:"Obnoxious"?Adrian Madhog said:Rarity (Enchanteress, LV 1):
(With her obnoxious attention to details, aesthetics and a perfectly balanced status, the Enchanteress is the Warrior's natural enemy. She's particularly good with all Status-altering spells and the crafting of physical-empowering outfits that will still manage to match your hair's colors... sometimes, she gets distracted by idle things)
I won't begin, because I don't know where to, but suffice to say, you are wrong in more ways than you would imagine.
Also, unless you're being very roundabout in your use of the word "Ironic" you aren't quite using that right either.
Sorry, I'm a little bit of a grammar Nazi.
I'm a Rarity fangirl[footnote]Sorry, I get finicky about gender. Nearly anyone in the pony group can tell you this.[/footnote], but yes, I was bothered by your grammar. I didn't once pretend that I wasn't trying to distract from that. I said it was incorrect and improper grammar.
Essentially, it boils down to "Rarity hasn't ever been obnoxious in attention to detail" I'd launch into a tirade about exactly why, but I'm tired, and I think I'm going to bed soon.
