For me, it's probably Shadow of the Colossus. I love boss fights. A lot. Never been able to get through SotC, though.

Mass Effect. I loved Kotor, I like strong narratives that can take multiple paths, and I like FPS RPGs. But I seemed to spend half my time locked in corridors firing my shotgun at samey enemies, and the other half trapped in long conversations, the dialogue often seeming pointless and/or confusing. Also, I found myself getting utterly destroyed by huge robo-things with missiles on one of the first missions I took, then the rest of the game was piss easy; almost every enemy went down with one or two shotgun blasts, regardless of distance.

For someone, despite the fact I'm a pretty big RPG fan, I can't get into anything made by bioware
COD an Halo are also very hard for me to get interested in, they're just so boring and generic and the multiplayer in both ranges from boring to filled with idiots using overpowered weapons. Sigh....

Call of Duty post MW1.
I quite liked the first game in the new style of COD, apart from the killstreaks which kinda broke the balance completely in my honest opinion. However after this game, they just kinda steadily seemed to go downhill for me. They were alright, but they were no longer games I'd play a lot anymore. It's gotten to a point where the series' new installments' popularity are a complete mystery to me.

People noobtubing across the map, killstreaks are even more broken than before, the community has turned into 50+% rager, and the formula has kinda lost it's edge in the 4 nearly identical consecutive games in the series.

Everyone tells me about how great this game is, but I honestly don't see it anymore.

Half Life series, never played it.

Same with TF2.

And let's see...the GTA series. Played it but not extensively.

Dragon Age:Origins. I love RPG's and this game is loved by many. But man, it's soooo boring for me.
Edit:Fallout 1&2 I love the story, isometric view is something I like too. But I just couldn't take the turn-based combat bugs or difficulty(however it is pretty old so I'll let that slide)

I have tried and failed to get into Dragon Age: Origins about 8 times now, with different classes, species, genders, builds, personalities, and I always lose interest somewhere before the halfway mark. I want to like it, I love Bioware and the other games they do, but something about DA:O just doesn't click with me.

I did, however, really like the DA2 demo, so we'll see how well I like that one.

Well, the fact being with the Halo enemies is that you have to head shot any of them to get a 1 hit unless you are using a grenade launcher or stronger.I can understand that they wanna dance as they annihilate everything.

For me,Call of Duty games.I was fine with 2 and even enjoyed 4 but past that,it is just the same thing plus more anti-Russia then you can throw a nuke at.

Part of Origins is that you spend more then half the game talking to people with annoying accents and what is left trying to not get slaughtered in the terrible combat.

Fallout 3.
I played Oblivion to death and was really excited to hear that Bethesda was working on a new game, but it just didn't engage me. I got as far as rescuing the scientists and bringing them to the Pentagon, but the world just seemed so dead and uninteresting. Sure, there were bright spots, but it just didn't engage me like I'd hoped it might.

Bulletstorm for me.

Are you telling me I get to kick people in the face, wrap grenades around them, and shoot them in the balls? Well that sounds like fun!

Everything about the game seemed like a good random fun. But then I played the demo and was bored within the first 30 seconds of gameplay.

Dragon Age - As someone who finished multiple playthroughs of baldur's gate 1 and 2, NWN 1 and 2, planescape, etc. I thought I'd love this game, but I just couldn't get into it. Uneven difficulty curve, bland setting, boring custumization and leveling and uninteresting characters (Other than Shale) made sure I would never finish the game

Bioshock - Love FPS with RPG elements, love ayn rand, love setting people on fire. Something didn't click. It's not often you stop playing a game half-way through and pick up a "let's play" where you left off.

The Half Life games. I've done the research and it sounds great and innovative and engaging but I just don't have the drive to play it. I catch endless abuse about it from my friends but... yeah, I just don't want to play it enough.

I like role-playing games, I like online games, and I like a lot of MMORPG's based on it. I like(d) Blizzard, I like variety and versatility, I don't mind bad graphics...

...but holy **** I can't stand World of Warcrap.

Mass Effect. My brother bought it, but when I tried it, it was kinda uninteresting. Too sterile and confusing for me. Also the visual settings (Hue, saturation, brightness) all seemed to be in just the right place to make the intended path disappear.
