'Popular' Games that you hate

I hate 2 actually (and I own both) one is Halo 3, sure, gameplay is fine, but shallow history, low difficulty, boring in general. The other is Killzone 2 (yes I own both consoles) Gamplay is really... meh, the story wasn't great. Out of those two, if forced to play I will play Halo 3 since at least the gameplay is fine.

I really really really hate Halo 3. I'm not too much of a GOW fan either, it's only fun in horde mode with friends, otherwise I don't really like it.

I hate most FPS's not named Duke Nukem or Painkiller, so that cuts out Gears, Halo, Killzone, CoD, and any of those other franschises from games that I'll ever buy...But I do understand why people like them, so I can't say I hate them, although they're all overhyped...

I don't see the point in the MAdden, etc lines, although they're surprisingly fun... Still, I'll never pay money for them on principal.

Franchises/games I hate: Kingdom Hearts, Oblivion, Fallout 3... that's all that pops into my mind atm.

EDIT: I also don't care for the Zelda games, just not that fun to me...

Resident Evil 4. Darned PC port. Even if the GameCube version was good, Resident Evil was forever damaged in my eyes. The control systems have always been bad for RE games on the PC

Modern Warfare 2. It seems like nearly everyone on my friends list is playing it and trying to force me to but it. If I didn't want to get it when I first heard about it what makes you think I'll want to get it now just because you keep nagging me.

Every game that some mario in it. I don't get it how that new super mario for the wii is so praised and I seen that most of the stuff (level design) are the same as the 20 year old super mario game.

Damn I have to give credit to nintendo that they can sell old stuff for full price and yet those players say it is a brand new game that they come up.

MW2, I liked 1 but 2 is just a shiny cashin.

Hate is a very strong term though; I dislike the game, moreso because what activision stands for with it. but I do not hate and spite people enjoying it.

Most popular games are good because they are popular for a reason so non really but then i don't really hate any game, i try to look at the good parts of a game
