I wasn't expecting there to be enough online potato sacks and was going by the timer at the bottom, so I got up at 7:00 in the morning to find that it hadn't pre-loaded because my brother unplugged me from the router in the night and furthermore, it had been released already!

I will not be playing Portal 2 this evening - Physical pre-order. Of course, if I'd known Valve was going to do this, I would have gone with a steam pre-order... Can't wait to go pick it up tomorrow.

Steam pretty much always lets you preload and play triple A titles at midnight.
