Portal Gun, for all of the aforementioned reasons but also because I live in Australia and we get some freaking huge bushfires and it would be awesome to put a portal on the bottom of a dam and then put one in a useful location for messing up the fire. In fact if the inertia of the object travelling through the portal has no effect on the portalled surface then the bottom of a helicopter seems a good choice. Also I want my portal gun to have an interrupt function, and by that I mean you press a button and until you press it again the portals aren't connected
The Gravity gun just throws things. The Portal Gun bends space and time. And it has possible shower curtain applications. The sheer possibilities are endless.
Isn't the portal gun also a gravity gun as well? I mean, you can pick up the weighted companion cube with the portal gun, so I'd have to stick with it.
I'd shoot the portal gun at someone I hate, then shoot another portal on the wall, and then jump through it. The instability of it all would cause the person to explode right as I jump out of their exploding carcass.

I'd say the Gravity Gun (supercharged if possible.)
The Portal Gun just has too many restraints. It can only operate on a select few surfaces, and the like is destroyed if the surface moves. Nor is there that much actual combat potential. Just carry a door in front of you (slanted and against the ground) and you've practically won.

I will go with the gravity gun because even when a Portal gun would be awesome, it would be hard to use in a practical and safe way. I mean, an infinite loop would be fun for a while, but in the end it would be like falling from a 200 floors building because of the inercia.
Portal gun because you can make someone fall in an infinite loop then just remove the bottom portal and wait for the splat.
Gravity gun hands down, the possibility for mass destruction is just too great a draw for me to turn down.
