Positives is a series that is all about finding good qualities of bad video games. Every episode I must list four positive features of remarkably terrible titles. Covering every system and every possible genre, there isn't a single game I won't try to find something good out of!

Instead of posting 5 threads about this show, I thought I would share with you the five episodes I have produced so far. What are your thoughts of the show? What should I change?

Episode 5: Flappy Bird (iOS & Android)

Episode 4: Tomcat Alley (Sega CD)

Episode 3: E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (Atari 2600)

Episode 2: Sankyo Pachinko Fever (PlayStation)

Episode 1: Austin Powers Pinball (PlayStation)

I have to say, the first thing that struck me is that the production, editing, montage and all that is very good; not bad at all, considering your first video was uploaded back in 2012. Along with that, I do find the concept pretty cool, and it's got a lot of potential. My only big complaint is that, as you end up alluding to in the Tomcat Alley episode, some of those positives can end up being very stretchy and weak, making the concept very hit-and-miss.

While you do bring up some pretty good arguments in the E.T. and Sankyo Pachinko Fever episode, it seems a bit easy (in those first five episodes, at least) for you to end up giving positives that seem less like you're saying "That's a good thing!" and more "See? It's more enjoyable than cancer!" However, considering you take recommendations, it's not entirely your fault after all; either way, it does manage to bring a good dose of perspective on the difference between bad games and bad games that have absolutely nothing positive about them.

I say, keep up the good work; I think with a few more episodes under your belt, you might find the right way to go at things. You got yourself another subscriber.
I have been trying to find the balance for the show. I really want to make it fun to watch while giving people a new perspective on bad games. Finding the positives is super hard on some games. Believe it or not, E.T. was one of the easiest games to work with!

I also feel like I haven't quite hit the right idea yet, but I think I'm getting closer to it every episode. :)

Thank you for your thoughtful comments!
