Possible Cloverfield Sequel/Prequel, titled "Super 8"

Yes, Cloverfield, the one with the shaky camerawork and the monster. Apparently, a teaser for an upcoming movie by J.J. Abrams (the producer of Cloverfield) is rumored to be linked with his monster film, and will be showing during screenings of Iron Man 2.

To anyone who hated or enjoyed the whole Viral Marketing of Cloverfield, prepare for another one.

Woah, Sounds like it could be interesting. Like one of those movies that you would watch once or twice in a life time. I've only seen cloverfield once and never again. It's not that it was bad, But it just wasn't good.

I'd like something more from the perspective of the army this time as the brief scenes in the first film where you see the fight up close are spectacular, so more of these please

I've heard mixed impressions of the first film. Some seem to regard it as the Blair Witch Project of its decade.

The first movie was alright. The camera didn't bother me too much and the people weren't as annoying for me. I'd be more than willing to give a sequel a shot. I need another good dose of giant monster in my life.
