First thing I thought of to. I'd love it to be the day where Lucasarts finally starts making decent products again, plus is ended on a cliffhanger.

Wonder if it'll go into new hope era. Stormtrooper commandos would be cool.

Yeah. Hell, send it past that. I want to be an elite stormtrooper squad in the Imperial Remnant.

Speaking of the remnant, it occurs to me that, given what we know, it could be a new Jedi Knight game. I would be absolutely satisfied with that, though I did love Republic Commando a lot.

Man this is exciting. My only worry is that they might take one too many pages from the FPS-boomers like Call of Duty. It's completely understandable and reasonable for them to take a few pages, but not for them to make a complete clone.

A sequel to Republic Commando would be nice. I thought there were a series of books that also revolved around the commandos as well. If a sequel does get made I want one of the missions to take place during Order 66.

I'd like to see a sequel. Though we're likely going to be following another team.

If they do go ahead with this...please fix the Rape Gun. The man who has it in Online Play might as well just have an "I Win" button attached to him.

What, the LS-150 Repeater? I hated that thing, the shotgun was much better.

As for my favorite thing in the game? Sev and Scorch. "We'll make'em regret the day they blew up Delta Squad!"

This would be ace if it finally did come out. I wonder if they'll incorporate some of the developments from the Karen Traviss Republic Commando series? Also if you guys want more Commando stuff, check out those books. They mostly follow another squad of Commandos, but do deal with Delta Squad often as well. Really well written too.

Either way though, more Commando is fine with me. Now if only we can get Battlefront III... And Jedi Knight III...

I'd rather they avoid Traviss' works. I like the books, but they work better for Omega Squad than the Delta boys. Delta needs to get over Sev's disappearance on their own as Storm Commandos.

Oh yeah, I wasn't suggested they make an adaptation or anything, I just meant they might throw little nods to the events of the books, or mention Omega Squad or something. I haven't finished the books yet, but I do know that the book that was to finish the series, Imperial Commando 2, was cancelled. Maybe they could throw in some closure through data pads or something.

They actually threw a shoutout to Omega Squad in the first game, mentioning how Darman's first squad had been wiped out.
