You first need to upload it to a photo hosting site like photobucket or imageshack. Then you copy the "direct link" code. Once you have done that, you come here and type: [img=][/img] with out the = in the first bracket. Then you paste the code in between the two brackets and viola!

I can't stop laughing at the fact that every lady that has posted her picture has some guy essentially hitting on her. Nothing wrong with that since it's mainly just guys throwing out compliments, but funny nonetheless.
