I had septorhinoplasty a few days ago

Septorhinoplasty is that seven nose-jobs, or one nose-jobs for each of your seven noses?

Lol, many days people treated me as if I had seven noses due to unsightly hump. Septo is very my deviated septum (my inner nose was horrible twisted due to childhood accident and i didnt have a complete left nasal cavity). So my whole life I could only breath out of half a nostril which lead to no sleep, migraines, etc.

The rhinoplasty is to pretty up the nose due to it being slightly bent and I hate the hump. If I have to endure very uncomfortable healing process for septo, might as well fix the looks at the same time.
