The first one seems like a LotR mode for Medieval: Total War 2.
And the second one looks like a Warhammer game, however I'm not really sure. The graphics of the units seem quite fancy and detailed. I've played DoW1, but on low settings, and i haven't played D0W2 nor the expansions.
So I'm gonna guess: Dawn of war 1.

first one is definitely a rome total war mod, just look at the city models, and the armies, and the ui. its not as graphically high quality as medieval 2

Icewind Dale 2 if I'm not mistaken. There are only so many infinity engine games and BG2 has no snow levels while that ways too high-res for Icewind Dale 1. So 2 then!
