Here's some dutch folk metal my younger brother listens to:

I myself am a fan of "De Staat" a dutch band, though they sing in English:

That's what you get in a country inhabited by a practically bilingual Proud Merchant Race [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/ProudMerchantRace] (Warning TV Tropes Will Ruin Your Life [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/TVTropesWillRuinYourLife]!). Pretty much all bands sing in English because they can, are used to listing to English music themselves and it allows them to reach a bigger audience.

Tokyo Jihen is one of my favorites:
Although, some of their songs have a little English. Yes they're Japanese, but I don't care.

And now something Icelandic that isn't Sigurrós

It's by a band called Hjálmar and is called "Leiðin okkar allra" or something like "The path we must all take" In English.

How about some Dutch? This music is brilliantly progressive by the way.

Lol btw at everyone who can only think of Japanese stuff. Open your minds, people. Please.

Battles are American, but for this song they feature a Chilean singer. He sings in Spanish throughout. It is AWESOME.

With the limitation of "not in English" does that imply music that has words that aren't in any language? A language that imitates human speech created for the song? If so, This, despite being in an anime, but its not an anime intro or anything, I feel is amazing:

edit: for a non-japanese one, this;

I don't know what the genre is called when one makes up a language for the song, but I really love it, actual understandable words I feel makes the music itself get lowered in quality, as the focus is towards the singing.

Quite like the Gypsy Kings, such fantastic summer music:
I also don't mind a bit of Doe Maar, Dutch punk/ska/pop/whatever:
Can't beat classic opera of course, especially when song by Pavarroti:

Great song. Love it. So does my sister. She likes this and others like it that I have on my MP3 player.
Finally. I was looking for that for ages, dug through the forums for a post of yours but I couldn't find it. It's so ridiculous, childish and so sweet that my teeth spontaniously rot, but gods I want it.

Two of my teachers studied under this guy... I'm not nearly as into it as they are though.

Glad to see some love for Sigur Ros around here too.

My favorite Swdish artist ever: Peter LeMarc. One upbeat song, one that's not. Enjoy.

Awesome, Kent is my favorite band ever and they have a ton of great songs.

Tons of great music in different languages, so here's a few:
