I currently live in my sister's house while her and her husband live abroad for awhile
It's a 60x60 free-span steel building that is 1/2 house and 1/2 garage.

It is in the middle of an old-growth forest and my only neighbors are a small church and a graveyard.

and yeah. For some reason, it stays rather warm in here. It's 40 degrees outside and 70 or 80 in here. I Don't even have the heat on.
