So, just for something to kill my boredom. You guys found any struggling artists putting songs up on youtube you enjoy or something like that?

edit: oh forgot to put up something of my own. This is very easy listening progressive music.

Seriously. While they're not perfectly consistent, Rabbit Junk is one of my favorite solo projects ever.

This is some kind of strange Lithuanian folk song I randomly found while searching for East European black metal bands. It has a pretty eerie atmosphere and sounds pretty cool. I like it.

This a song I saw from a friends review on Tumblr. I cannot feel sad when this is playing.

Here's a semi-obscure (two of the members performed on Cynic's Traced in Air, so that's how I stubled onto them) Dutch Jazz-Fusion/Prog Metal band, who I think deserve more attention than they're getting:

Given that they're releasing their stuff independantly I'd classify them as struggling artists in that sense, but I can't really think of any 'my space bands' or unsinged acts if that's what you're asking.

First heard it on Scrubs. I don't think the artist is too famous, not in the UK anyway. I hear this playing in my head everytime I meet a decent guy.

Some random metal I found. First heard it while playing Brutal Legend, liked it enough to listen to it again a couple more times on Youtube.

Brisbane (where Yahtzee and the Mana Bar[footnote]Original[/footnote] are) based band "The Bright Things"

EDIT: Adding this by 360 from Melbourne (where the other Mana Bar is) sampling the very famous Lisa Mitchell ;

Along with this by The Beards of Adelaide, Australia (Nothing much of note in gaming there Krome I guess: the made Ty the Tasmanian Tiger, some Spyro Games, some Starwars Games (including some versions of The Force Unleashed), I'm pretty sure RhombusHatesYou and BonsaiK are both from Adelaide). Not to be confused with The Beards from America who don't even have a Wikipedia page.

Here have some sound:

You may want to embed that by typing (youtube=all the bits after "=" in the URL) which would be
(youtube=jjBxxEVj62o) but with square brackets or :)

Oh man, does it have to be just one? Alright...
Something we can all appreciate, I'm sure.
