When I played the silent hill games I used to listen to nickel-backs silver side up - it actually quite fits the game, I don't know why. I think its a kind of "urgh I'm having a shit time" RAM RAM GUITAR kind of sound.
Don't be put off because they are a "crap band" silver side up is ok.
