An off topic discussion for an off topic forum.

Have something to share? Anything? Confessions, interests, politics, projects, images, video, music, applesauce recipes?

Been listening to a disjointed mix of bubblegum pop and droney experimental stuff, lately

- It's been a biolar soundtrack to a weird week. I killed a big centipede in my bathroom. It turned it's sinister eyes to me and it's legs made a crackling sound as they twitched frantically, as if to say, "Let me LIVEEEEEEEEEEEE, Human"... But, no, I had to tell it it's ill begotten kind could not be suffered to live.

- I've been playing Tribes Ascend frantically. I do miss the wild and wonderfull classless loadout customization and variety of vehicles, but at its core, it delivers the only real Tribes experience availble without going back to the earlier games.

- I also got a used PS2 and works to try some games I never got to. Silent Hill 2, Shadow of the Colossus and Persona 3 and 4. On the last two, which one do you think I should start with? Also, being Atlus games, what difficulty should I choose?

- I've always found Wave Gotik Treffan amusing. It's like annual Woodstock for goths. I'm suprised they don't have a massive bloody conflagration of human combustion with that many in direct sunlight.

- I'm very interested in the future of 3D printing. Along with the ability to print flexible, fibrous electronic circuitry, it also is 'concerning' people about the potential ability it may confer to synthesize illicit drugs. Guess that takes the eyedropper out of making blotters.

- I'm really excited for Planetside 2, Hawken, Mechwarrior Online and Tactical Command, XCOM Enemy Unknown, Bioshock: infinite and Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs.

Aw man, 3D Printing is totally the future, did you know they are planning on using them to make medicinal drugs: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-17760085
They also printed somebody a NEW FREAKING JAW!: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-16907104 and Artificial blood vessels: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-14946808
Holy crap, in 50 years time these things will be used for everything.

Now if only I could buy shares in them...

Choose a topic, and stick to it? Or could that be modded for being off-topic?

I'm worried life could become hollow after school and uni because after a job I can't see what the next big challenge is other than to progress in a job.

Probably a short sighted view but it is the "post whatever" thread.
Dude you have no idea... As long as you still enjoy your major by the end, you should be ok.

OT: Yea I got nothing...um spinach is nasty?

You could just stick with what you've got there. By turning this thread into a thread about derailing a topicless thread!

Although, that is still just posting whatever...

Eh, sounds too much like hard work.

Derailing should come naturally.

<- Do I own the best Persona 4 avatar on the forums? Yes sir.

OT: Do Persona 3 first because if you play P4 first, it will set your expectations way too high. That's not saying Persona 3 is a terrible game, it's fantastic and has one of the coolest final bosses in video game history, but it's no Persona 4.

Also, No topic thread?

Don't mind if I post some Persona music right...

EDIT: While walking in the school halls today, I found fliers advertising Aperture Science. It allowed me to become an honorary test subject with free cake and $60 dollars. I called the number listed on the piece of paper and it brought up Valve.

Don't know if full of win...

Can a topicless thread exist? Doesn't that go against some rule? Although I suppose the topic could be considered having no topic. Other than pondering the very nature of this thread, I really don't have anything else to add.

I had a shave earlier.

Nothing more manly and natural than a man shaving his face.

If shaving was natural we would have blades for hands.

Be right back going to go look into blades for hands surgeries.
