Yea, you don't stand alone on that one. Though I'm usually more direct, I occasionally resort to such tactics. I prefer just going and asking what is wrong, but if she's too angry, then asking her what I've done will just anger her more "See, this is the problem, you don't even realise what you did..." Never really had anything serious before, which is what is annoying me at the minute. Can't think what I did that was particularly bad.

Oh well, no more whining about personal problems, even on a thread for posting whatever you want, it feels like derailing.
