I'm a dull guy for having the stand alarm clork alarm noise to wake me up....

In saying so if I did used a song to wake me up, it would totally be this despite how cliche/ sterotypical it is!

It USED to be "Right on Time" by RHCP but I found that I fucking hated the song after a while. The sound that wakes me up is a sound I quickly begin to despise. So it's just a default tone, now

Industrial death metal? I wouldn't be able to do that, just doesn't have enough... punch I guess compared to what I listen to normally.

The end (from 3:16) is kind of uplifting for me. Like, no matter what anyone does, I'll still come back and kick ass. Which is a nice feeling when you're starting to feel depression coming back.

I gave this song to a friend that wanted to get into metal, this was his first step into distorted vocals. So he set this as his alarm. Apparently, when the scream kicked in he shot up, was completely awake and promptly fell out of bed.

This just seemed appropriate to me. It starts off with a sharp sound to wake me up, and still manages to get me in a good mood, even when waking up is the last thing I actually want to do.

I like the play this while drinking water and taking a piss.

As a firm believer in you should be gently woken from your slumber and not some thrash metal jerking you awake, so I went with the Konami theme.

Ok, it's not like one of those "help you sleep" soundscapes but it doesn't kick your ear drums in either.

Yeah, I'm not late much.
I do have like 20 different alarmclocks set that I all need regularly for work, and I think one of the others has Psychosocial, and one with Raining Blood.

Considering my wife's reaction to whenever I listen to Equilibrium anywhere outside my little headphone-world, she'd probably strangle me within a week if I tried this...
