In all seriousness, I like to smoke a bit before I play, and it doesn't seem to affect my reaction speed or anything at all.... or maybe I just think that it doesn't.... But it does make it easier for me to get immersed it whatever game I happen to be playing...

Went on COD4 the other night with a bunch of friends all back drunk at about 1am, together we were unbeatable XD, i wasnt entirely sure what was going on at the time but it worked - Like when you play guitar hero and your fingers know exactly what to do and your mind is taken completely out of the picture... Also, the get together was because some people from school had invited us to play D&D for the 1st time ever. The acid came up while I was trying to choose my equipment from a 2 tone red and blue table without ever having read any of the rules before. The game did not go well...in that it never got started because I couldn't quite get the concept of...anything.

Here is the thing about pot, I don't really agree with smoking it but if you are going to quote facts and studies, at least quote both sides. It is true that it negative affects younger minds, anyone below 40. It does degrade the brain to some degree, but it stops those same types of degradation in the brains of older people. It does not reverse them it merely slows down the process. There have been studies that do show evidence that pot might have a beneficial affect, but only when the users are older.

haha. years ago (during the rave period) i took a load of speed and did a 24hr lemmings marathon after a rave, i was actually seeing everything in pixels by the end.
i dont do naughty stuff now, but back then.....
