Well, here's something I thought I would never see: someone is actually complementing the US on something. I'm really only used to all of the hate and anger directed toward us, so I don't know how to handle this.
I...I have to agree. I'm a bit scared and confused by this sudden turn of events.

Japan has AWESOME public transportation. If you're not in the middle of nowhere in Japan, you can get away with a bicycle as the most expensive vehicle you own, and frequently even that is extraneous. I spent 4 months in Japan and I only ever used a bike because I didn't want to pay to ride a bus for trips of under 3 miles.

Canada can be thanked for the Splinter Cell series, Bully, Prince of Persia series, and Assassin's Creed series so I think that they're awesome.

OP, how the hell can you mention Russia and not mention their awesome national anthem???
And while I dislike America as a country, you can't deny that they have epic entertainment!
I also don't particularly like the french people, but love their language.
And please don't be offended, this thread is about expressing positive thoughts about countries you don't necessarily like, right?
I also love Canada and Britain for just about everything they do.

I like Scotland because I really do like professional bagpipe players and kilts look pretty cool. Also New Zealand because I like the accent and Flight of the Concords is from there. Britain has some good T.V. Doctor Who and Top Gear are great.
