You may be right, but I've yet to meet a pair of non-identical twins. I think (non-denticals are a little harder to pick). I always thought it was impossible to have two siblings with less than nine months age difference. I probably should have guessed that it was at least possible, although technically it shouldn't be.
As long as the names are left out, doctors can often assert that an event of a certain type has happened. They're allowed to release statistics like "We delivered 300 babies this year," so maybe they just release a statement with a very narrow statsitic.
