Problems with Purchasing GOG games?

Hi there, so I have a Debit master card and I would like to know how do I purchase games on GOG.com? I have two problems with this:

1.Whenever I am about to purchase a game I get: "Name on the Card". I don't know what this means but I need to know how to pass it.


2.The second issue that I have is when I continue to the next screen I get:Order limit exceeded. Please contact support.

How do I fix these two issues?

1. The name on the card is simply whatever name is listed on the physical card. Usually it will be your own name, but on many pre-paid cards it will be the name of whatever organization gave you the card. It should be listed on the front of the card in the lower left corner.

2. You will probably have to contact support with this one (try gog's support first, but you may need to contact the company that supplied your debit card). Sorry I can't be more help.
