Procrastination. Do you use the Escapist for it?

I'm actually on the Escapist at work right now.

Me too. Its pretty much the only time on here. Working in an office can get boring at times and we are encouraged to not socialize with our coworkers. I guess they want us to actually do work. Whatever. Instead I socialize here.

For me this site is like Mario Party. I play a few quick minigames, then go back to the drudgery of real life.

Right now i'm sitting in the middle of csc class while my teacher is talking about programming and i just left a thread about hardcore gamers.

Step back into real life for a sec lets see whats going on, My teacher: no maybe yes maybe, well that was informative but i don't see why we have to spend this much time on something so simple.

The only class i don't browse the escapist while in is Chemistry 2.

not really I use it mainly to kill time on my forced 2-3 hour lunch break between classes.

Hell yeah! I should be working on my dissertation now as it's due in in two weeks. It's only at 13,000 words!

Yes. Yes I do. Basically if I'm supposed to be working, alot of the time I go on here and just browse through videos, watching anything I haven't seen before .
Sometimes I'll even just look around the forums without posting to waste time. Luckily I'm not procrastinating now - I'm on holiday!

I don't procrastinate here but I do put off sleeping because I have to post on the new thread... and this thread... and that thread... ooh, and the Word Association thread in the Forum Games forum... and before I know it, I have lost another hour of sleep thanks to this site. Every. Freaking. Day. Including today. I have to wake up in 7 hours for work and if I don't pull myself from this site now, it'll drop to 6, maybe even 5.
