Its Easy... Eugenics. Stupid people or people with genetic deficiencies aren't allowed to make offspring. Its like forced evolution.

I am well aware most people were going to choose the "kill method" anyway, which is why I left that option open. Had I not, someone would have come along to say, "Why can't we just eliminate them?"
Also, I do understand intelligence is not easy to measure, which is why I'm leaving that open to you, the posters, to come up with your own way. I figured something like a series of tests measuring each one: musical, mathematics, history,
and most importantly, common sense.
I've voiced some opinions on this subject once more. They were received with, less than enthusiastic remarks. Nobody has to die, nobody even has to be shunned but that was another thread on another day.
Paint grenades as easter eggs, and then tie the pins to steaks in the ground. When the tards pull up the "egg" they go boom.
I vote a big red button marked, "if you press this button I'll give you a piece of candy" that kills whoever presses it.

OT: Why not just let everyone who gets injured doing something stupid deal with it themselves?
Ex: Two guys broke into the Calgary zoo a while back, climbed an 8 foot fence to get in, climbed a 3 foot fence, then climbed a 10 foot fence with barbed wire at the top to get into the tiger enclosure and got mauled. Then what happens? The zoo gets yelled at for not having enough security to prevent them! I say let them die from their wounds, as if 2 big fences and the fact that they are tigers isn't enough security...

Kill all the high achievers and scientists then the majority of people will appear to be intelligent. Most humane option. Also need to burn all books and tear down all previous achievements so they are not reminded of the past.
I would rather killing people that uses drugs like crystal and stuff, create a biological weapon that affects people with those drugs in their system.

They'll find fault with one another and set about culling the 'inferior cretins' from their numbers until only the 'best and brightest' remain. At that point, they will realize that they need a Working Class to get anything done so they will try to assert their authority over everyone else.
Whoever doesn't follow their directives will be deemed mentally deficient and immediated disposed of. Whoever is left will realize what a bad idea this eugenics project was and kill himself for being such a fool, leaving people without such delusions of superiority to continue to produce future generations who will inevitably come to see themselves as better than everyone else who came before them.
Cavemen and bushmen gave rise to modern man and all of the geniuses that emerged from their gene pool. Across all of history, there have been a multitudinous throng of exceptional individuals who had humble beginning, some of their parents being 'unintelligent'rubes(seeing as how there are different forms of intelligence, that really doesn't say much. Everyone is unintelligent in some way).
The flaws with the idea that 'smart' people's children are going to be larger assets to society than 'lesser' people's offspring become immediately apparent when one looks at the heirs and heiresses of millionaires(some of whom aren't particularly brilliant to begin with)and hereditary royal family members...unless you are saying that Paris Hilton is one of those special few geniuses who should be allowed to reproduce?
