Someone else has mentioned the stealth takedown but there are still a variety of ways you can take enemies down without alerting them. This video is kind of an extreme example of what you can do, but it should give an idea of some of the different ways you can take people down without alerting them or using equipment you haven't got.omega 616 said:"Mr freeze has been captured by penguin in police department" section, there about 10 guards each with guns. You have a an electro-gun thing, smoke pellets, the batclaw thing (but I didn't have the disarm move yet) and melee. The only tactic I could come up with was glide down from a statue and glide kick a fool, hold a trigger and press Y to knock him out, then smoke pellet and rappel back up to a statue ... 10 times.
That section is about 3 missions into the game!

Again, maybe you'd slip into this easier if you'd played AA first. As for the combat it isn't about countering, and the challenge vidoes are a great way of showing how well it can work.

On those terms Prototype is the only game that really attempts that level of power, but Just Cause 2, Saints Row the Third and Crackdown all give you amazing abilities to take down large quantities of enemies.omega 616 said:What other game can you be god on a level similar to prototype? Sure you can play Hulk, which is pretty much the same game but cleaner and less awesome abilities (lets see the Hulk extend his arm or absorb somebody), infamous has that terrible moral choice and you're far too fragile to be a god ... no Black and white 1 or 2 doesn't count and neither does From dust.
