You're telling me? I still can't beat the final boss. The game has a rather crazy difficulty curve.
All I have to say about Ms. Greene is that the bullet dive drop is your friend. Up a building, smash into her face, back up the building nabbing hunters for health when you can. It got me through on my second try.
For final boss, upgrade muscle mass and throw shit at him like it's going out of style.

[Prototype] wasn't that hard for me, in fact I can recall passing through it fairly easy till that one mission involving Ms. Greene later on. But I eventually figured it out, I can't for the life of me remember how... and by the look of how much time has passed, I'm sure you completed it as well.
