Well I'm gonna be getting to sleep now so I probably won't be online until 11am GMT i.e. 9-10 hours so if I am picked, feel free to start without me. I'll catch up.
Name: Danny "Sparks" McAvoy
Subject Number: #1
Gender: Male
Age: 23
Appearance: A short Black haired Caucasian male, Brown eyes, 6' 3" tall, weighs 163 pounds.
Past life: A part time inventor, Danny was more renowned in his home country of Scotland as a leading meteorologist. He was sent on a research grant to the United States to observe the effects of Ozone depletion when he was approached by the military regarding a new project. Subject was chosen for his in-depth knowledge on matter and environmental kinetics.
Power: Serum 1101-C, imbued Danny with the ability to control and manipulate charged particles. In the early stages Danny could only induce a mild electric current anywhere he saw fit, then as his DNA bound to the serum, he found that he could modify the electricity before finally evolving into the ability to control lightning. Danny can range his power from a mild jolt to a raging lightning storm.
Scientist notes: The sustained manipulation and production of ultra high energy lightning bolts takes a severe drain on his body, producing epidermal scarring and internal hemorrhaging from the intense heat and charged particles generated. Unless regulated this can be life threatening to the subject. Scientists hoped that given time his body and his ability could cope with the demands for a sustained energy drain, which seems unlikely till anytime soon. Nicknamed "Sparks"; a pet name given because of his abilities

Huh...Now I think of it I didn't really have a reason to pick seven subject. It just seemed enough people to have a decent story and few enough to avoid Ninja'd posts. But if needed we can open up a few more places.

Repel (as he is called by the scientists) was but only a teenager when they took him away to be experimented on, they wanted to see what affect a 25% would have on a teenager, it did not go very well, they put him in a cryochamber when he started showing signs of resistance to the way he was treated during the experiments, hence the name Repel, to this day he still remains in cryo, a subject of torture, power, and insanity.
powers: can control very small amounts of electricty to help control computers easyer
with the increase of brain activity is able to remember things very easily and is able to hack almost any computer (it was one of his "training" exercises during is time out of cryo)

Past life: Raised in a small town outside of Vancouver BC, Emily was an good student, fairly intelligent but not a genius. Se soon realized she was an excellent chef, she excelled at culinary school and was apprenticing with the greatest chefs in the world. The scientists knew she must have had heightened senses.
Powers: Super senses including:

Heat Vision

Super Hearing
Super Taste
Super Smell
Super Touch(ex. can feel the lock on a safe to open it)

past life:born in the city his father was a drunk and his mother was addicted to medicinal drugs she did`nt need, his father beat him whilst his mother just stood there and watched he had to run and to survive he got involved with the evils of the city he got in trouble with the police on several occasions they tried to catch him but for a reason no one could explain he would always outrun them but his luck ran out one day and they finally managed to get him but for reasons he did`nt know he was taken to another facility before going to trial.
powers:super speed(but no super strength).
scientist notes:subject #45 has been known to out run cars going at 150mph but only on rare occasions and cannot maintain this speed for long before becoming fatigued and exhausted,subject has also got on really well with the research assistants who jokingly gave him the name Mr.speed a name which the subject has taken a liking to

Past life: Lived his whole life in an orphanage joined the soviet union army hoping to better his life. After two years in the army he offered a chance in the project he willingly joined the project hoping to become something better.
Power:He can control heat completely he can change the tempeture of the room as high as 10,000 kelvin at that same moment he can keep anyone else in the room safe from the heat, He can also melt anything and burn anything with a thought
Scientist notes: His powers seem to become erratic when his emotions are in the way on a side note we believe that theoretically if he uses the heat in the right way he may be able to fly but to test this we would have to do further test
