Prototypes: Super Hero RP (Finished)

[Masika]

"Alright, Doc. My name is Razi Jensis. It's so nice to meet you and at such an opportune time." She smiled sweetly, "Again, I want to thank you for saving me from those people back there. If you don't mind me asking, where are we going? Since it is none too often that one gets into a car with a... stranger."

 

[Sparrow]

Sparrow sighed, even though he knew no sound would come, as he layed back on the bed. His slightly silverly/white/crystal arm wouldn't stop itching. He would have expected himself to be more concerned with the strangely coloured fungus that was growing on his arm, but stranger things had happened. Like that time he and Samuel had to chase down a wild goose following one of Sparrow's lead, which actually just happened to be a litteral wild goose chase.

Meh. How much can one day suck?

Sarah rose from the pavement floor on the park. She had experienced a headache like that before. When the group seperated five years ago she didn't use her powers for weeks. Doing so caused a built up of energy in her body. She'd have to get rid of it by using her fire for more than a few hours.

Right now Sarah didn't want to use her flames. She was tired, and wanted some rest.

Sarah made her way back to the hotel room and slumped down on the bed. She closed her eyes. Nothing.

I can't fall asleep...

 

[Sparrow]

Sparrow, who had actually managed to fall asleep, instantly woke when Sarah laid down on the bed beside him. He would have acted suprised, but due to the fact that he was currently mute caused him to simply make a rather strange face.

Man, the group is going to get all depressed without my jokes now. I mean, I can't just keep doing the charades thing.

Sparrow paused, or atleast stopped thinking for a few seconds.

Or can I?

Sarah turned, when she had realized that she had woken up Sparrow, and looked at him. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to wake you."

Sparrow made a strange face. Sarah had no clue what it meant so she continued. "I still can't fall asleep."

 

[Sparrow]

Sparrow nodded.

He had no idea what he meant by nodding, but he couldn't do much else.

Should I smile? Crap, where did I put the notepad?

Sparrow put his hand on Sarah's forehead. It felt scolding hot.

Good, she's her normal temperature.

Sarah felt Sparrow's hand go on her forehead. She yawned. She was tired, but no matter what she tried she couldn't go to sleep.

"Maybe its because of the headaches.." she muttered.

 

[Sparrow]

Sparrow was confused. He'd never heard of Sarah having any headaches.

How the hell am I meant to ask her that?

Sparrow pulled the "What You Talking 'Bout, Fool?" face he'd copied off of the A-Team, and hoped Sarah understood.

Sarah couldn't help but laugh when Sparrow made the strange face. "I didn't tell you about them did I?" Sparrow shook his head. "Ever since everyone seperated five years ago I started to get really bad headaches. I eventually found out that they were because I would go for weeks without using my powers. The energy would build up. So then I had to find out a way to get rid of it, and I did, by using my blue flames for several hours. I'm getting headaches again."

 

[Sparrow]

Sparrow nodded.

Again, he had no idea why he did.

That's a strange side effect. Maybe we should get Lydia to check it out.

Sparrow tried to get himself comfortable, as he rolled back over to face Sarah. He then noticed the alarm clock behind her.

It's 11 AM already? We didn't sleep at all...

Sarah stared at Sparrow as he did nothing but nod.

Him not being able to speak changes everything.

She looked on the ground and saw the pen and notepad. She grabbed them and gave them to Sparrow.

"Here, otherwise I don't know what you mean."

 

[Sparrow]

Sparrow took the paper, and wrote down the current time. He passed the note to Sarah, as he got up off the bed. He grabbed the curtains, and pulled them open, to be greeted by a sharp sunlight.

This is messed up, but it makes no sense. Is this an Energy Spike? There were none of the underlying factors that Samuel and I researched.

Sarah covered her eyes as Sparrow pulled the curtains open. "Wow, I didn't know that it was already morning."

Sarah stood and stretched. "Should we wake the others?"

 

[Sparrow]

Sparrow nodded.

Wow. That actually made sense that time.

 

[Doc Theta Sigma]

"Well we need to find somewhere I'm afraid. Out of the way. We don't need any unexpected guests showing u-" Doc's sentence was cut short as there was a knocking at the ambulance window.

Shifting into his shadow form, Doc put a finger to his lips indicating for Ravi to be quiet, opened the doors and hopped outside before closing them again. Ravi sat in the ambulance and listened as a scream shattered the still air and the sound of gunshots filled them before silence took over again. Suddenly the back door to the ambulance opened and stood there was a police officer.

"It's Doc. I'm possessing this guy at the minute now if you'd be so kind as to hop out of there" The police officer said in Doc's voice. "We'll take this officers cruiser"

"I'll go wake up Samuel and Lydia." Sarah walked to the door and out of the room. She was at Samuel's hotel door and knocked. No response. "Guess they're still sleeping."

 

[SamuelT]

Samuel woke from his ponderings. He was deep in thought, and had let Iceous use the extra bed. Lydia had grabbed the other first. It annoyed him at first, but he decided that it didn't really matter.

He walked to the door in the utter dark room. The curtains were still closed, and no light shone inside.

He opened it and saw the back of Sarah, who had turned around for some reason after knocking.

"Yes?"

Sarah turned and smiled. "I was just waking everyone up. Its 11 am and I imagine that we need to get going. I'm not exactly sure where though... Sparrow only slept a few hours. I didn't get any sleep, but I'll manage."

 

[Sparrow]

Sparrow gave Samuel the thumbs up.

Again, for no other reason than it was some form of interaction.

I could really screw with Samuel's mind now that I'm mute. I remember when I used to make wolf noises when he was asleep. He nearly choked me to death once. Good times.

 

[SamuelT]

"Eleven already? Yeah, we'd better get moving to..."

Samuel frowned.

"Let's first all come together to see where we're going."
