Sarah stood back as she saw Aesis and Sparrow fight.
These two. They always fight. They can't be normal and just say hello.
Sarah felt Sparrow tickling her. She laughed as she tried to push him away.
"No please!" She continued to laughed "Stop. Haha, please!"
Sarah finally pushed Sparrow off and began jokingly hitting him in the chest. They all stopped once Aesis said that someone else was there.
"Someone else?"

Samuel stopped in his tracks. He tore out his cell and without a thougth, obliterated it. He could see the name "Duke" on the display. That wasn't important though. He could feel a pain entering his mind. He had been pulling the strings too much.
Sparrow completely ignored Aesis. He ruffled Sarah's hair again, and stepped backward. He slowly transformed into a horse, and neighed loudly.
"Care for a ride?"
Sarah laughed, but winked a Sparrow.
"Ohhh, I get it."
Sparrow transformed into a pony, a pink pony. Sarah squeeled in glee.

Samuel dropped to the ground, putting his hands against his temples. He had never felt such pain before. But he hadn't used his anomaly like this before. He could hear a man yell something.
"I...hear...smell...can't.."
He shook his head, and his veil of pain lifted a little. He looked up into the unbearable bright light of the sun.

Sarah laughed at Sparrow's transformations. She had always like that about him. He made her laugh so easily, and always kept her smiling.
"Transform into a purple hippo. Haha."
She heard Aesis yell. He seemed to be getting angry.
"Why are you yelling Aesis? Is someone seriously out there? I though you were joking."

The long journey was finally over. He'd made it. The promised land was real! Snow. Snow for as far as the eye can see, which wasn't that far considering all of the pine trees there were. He could live here and not worry about his constant struggle with homeostasis. The sun wouldn't kill him with this pure cold here.
He belonged here. He would work to survive. It would finally be normal, like before he was kidnapped by the Soviet Union. But first he needed shelter.

Samuel's pain lifted. His thoughts were clear again. He didn't exactly knew what happened, but it hurt like hell. His muscle-aches seemed to have gone too. Strange. He looked up to see Robin turn into various animals to amuse Sarah. Irresponsible indeed. he thought. He stepped out of the shadows of the building he had been leaning against and called out:

Emily had a long day at the restaurant, it was packed the whole day, but she liked a good day of work, nothing like earning your sleep. She tied her running shoes up, and opened the door to the road. The cars were honking, birds were chirping, the sea was washing against the shores.
"Must get my jog in, don't want to get flabby." she said to herself as she began running.
Living in the city was very invigorating, she could hear, smell, see everything around her. A baby crying in the 22 floor of a nearby apartment, a fruit stand with apples, grapefruits, bananas, an ant 20 feet in front carrying a leaf back to his hill. Yes, the city certainly aroused her senses, so many things to sense, there was no better feeling.

Someone shouted at him, and he turned to see a familiar face.
"Dan? No, err... Sam! Shit, Sam! Never thought I'd see the almighty No. 4 again. I thought you took up a contract as a hitman or something?"
