Go buy Ratchet & Clank Future games. All three. It's the best action-platformer you can have now, and it's awesome.

I didn't really like MGS4 but I guess if you can handle the cutscenes then it's a fine game.

Edit: On a side note I wish I mentioned Little Big Planet in fact just get that game first.
