Can it harm my 360 if I have my PS3 (Non-Slim) sitting ontop of it?
Just wanna make sure I dont cause any harm, but it will spare me having to move my entire 360 just to play ps3..

I don't think so.

Then again, the PS3 is a fatass.

I'd say go for it.

I'd be careful, the 360 might collapse under the awesomeness of the PS3 (hur hur hur).

In all seriousness though, the original PS3 is a bulky son-of-a-*****, but you should be okay.

I wouldn't recommend it as it will hinder heat escape, and I know ps3s get very warm underneath if running... You should be ok if the cooling vent locations are open but considering the failure rate of Xboxs, you may not want to take the chance.

It's probably not a good idea to stack consoles directly on top of one another. Though I doubt the slim is as heavy as a normal PS3, it is still placing pressure on the 360.

I don't like putting anything ontop of my 360 because it overheats easily.

There may be a heat problem if you have both running at the same time for some reason, but other than that there shouldn't be a problem.

I don't know if it would cause it harm but it probably isn't wise to put it on top of your 360. I have come to realize the the 360 is a very sensitive thing. It probably won't help with overheating issues either, so I would advise against it.

you could put something in between.

something soft not moving to catch the weight.

Could you not stand them sideways?

And I'm no expert on the 360 (Sony fanboy), doesn't it get rather hot? Could overheat if you reduce the amount of space the hot air could escape to.

I've heard of a 360 overheating from close exposure to a PS3. The Hardrive might be a little bit more sensitive to heat for a 360.

Nope, no room on my desk and if I put them sideways it blocks the screens..

have you thought to make a cabinet or something to store both in with holes in the back?
