PS3 Problems

I don't know why but recently my PSN account got deleted and I had to reopen it,Within a couple of days i got 50 trophies but today it got reduced to 7. Now my PS3 is not starting up and when it does, it doesnt read any disks and the download content wont start up.

I need ADVICE!

My advice? Call customer support. Don't yell, swear or get angry. Just be calm, cool, collected. Explain to them in as much detail as possible. See what they say.
