PS3 Profile Download?

I had my old PS3 stolen and today I've bought a new one.
Is it possible to download your profile from another console like you can on XBox 360?

Yeah, all you have to do is log in to the new console with your old profile. You'll be able to re-download any games you own. However, unless you're subscribed to PlayStation Plus and use online storage, you won't have any of your old saved games.

I recommend going on the Sony Entertainment Online website and deactivating your account remotely from your stolen PS3. Any games you buy digitally can only be downloaded to 2 x PS3 consoles through activation. Don't want that scumbag thief playing your games for free.
