Dunno how the rest of you are doing, but my PS4 started working this morning. Huge relief. I got to try Destiny out. So far, pretty, a hoot hearing Peter Dinklidge. It has not yet allowed me to play any multi-player yet.
If memory serves me correctly, you need to unlock competitive multiplayer. Level 6, I believe. Then you can talk to an NPC to unlock the Crucible.Gorfias said:It has not yet allowed me to play any multi-player yet.
Nope! I did not know that, thank you! Level 6! It took me hours to get to that level in Titan Fall. I wonder if I'm in as much trouble with this one.Creator002 said:If memory serves me correctly, you need to unlock competitive multiplayer. Level 6, I believe. (You might already know, but I thought I'd weigh in just in case.)

My first thought was that anonymous has a dog in this fight (uses PSN!). I have a dog in this fight. I hope Lizard Squad gets soundly spanked! The Almighty Aardvark said:Is it just me or is this incredibly remniscent of elementary school?Gorfias said:Oh, it's on now!

Lizard Squad taking your toy and holding it out of reach.
Anonymous hearing Lizard Squad tell everybody they're friends with the teacher and deciding they're going to knock it's lights out for it.
Personally I'm hoping the schoolyard hacker scuffle results in mutually assured destruction

Popcorn at the ready, let's see just how good lizard squad really are.
A statement from Anonymous said they are going after Lizard Squad because they indicated if Anonymous ever did come after them they would need help from the FBI, apparently they take offense to that. Also I doubt they give a shit about PSN they did something themselves the day after, releasing thirteen thousand PSN/XBox live usernames and passwords, as well as credit card data, just for the LULZ.Gorfias said:My first thought was that anonymous has a dog in this fight (uses PSN!). Like Iran vs Iraq, "Isn't there some way they can both lose?"Strelok said:A statement from Anonymous said they are going after Lizard Squad because they indicated if Anonymous ever did come after them they would need help from the FBI, apparently they take offense to that. Nintendo is the Apple of consoles, there aren't enough users out there to make hacking them worthwhile.Adam Jensen said:You know who doesn't have these issues? That's right. The Master Race. The very same these hacker idiots probably belong to.
To be honest, nothing like this ever happens to Nintendo either as far as I'm aware. And Wii U is a nice system.
I'm totally in favor of punishing these guys for doing this. But most of them are probably too immature to realize the severity of what they're doing in the eyes of the businessmen running these companies. I don't want them to get more than a year in prison or a hefty fine, but the reality is that for this, they can get some serious jail time when they catch them.

Well, that's disappointing; Anonymous have generally been 'on our side', so to speak.Strelok said:A statement from Anonymous said they are going after Lizard Squad because they indicated if Anonymous ever did come after them they would need help from the FBI, apparently they take offense to that. Their "targets" are corporations and others that have a poor track record with user/client private data. The users of these services are the collateral damage it appears. Though they as a group has been known to do some good, anyone can join it, so who knows if they all share the same agenda.Reed Spacer said:Well, that's disappointing; Anonymous have generally been 'on our side', so to speak.
Their targets tend to deserve what they do..
Reset your console and try again.Shocksplicer said:Fuck you Sony, 100% online my arse. Still can't connect. Fucking incompetent bastards.
Assuming that Anonymous has an identity whilst also assuming that a anonymity has an agenda...Of course. When it comes to online hackers, there's no lesser evil. They're all the same.Lightknight said:If Anonymous takes them down, I'll be quite pleased. At least Anonymous tries to champion worthwhile causes instead of just bullying around consumers and ruining the playground for everyone like Lizard Squad is doing here.
