Alright i need help. I have A PSP 3000 and a PS3 I want to know If there is any way to play UMD's (PSP games) on the ps3 and i have remote play set up but im unsure if I can do anything beyond that. So can anyone help me?!

Sorry, as far as I know, there is no way to play UMD games on your PS3, remote play is just so you can activate downloads and access content already stored on your PS3.
You might want to have a look at this [http://www.amazon.co.uk/Madcatz-MOV089550-04-1-Component/dp/B00149S0H6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1311502810&sr=8-1].. while its not entirely what you seek, you can at least display your psp screen on the tv. You still have to use the psp as a controler though.
Edit] You need a tv that is hd-ready though, the cable is a wee bit bitchy in that degree.

The evidence says no you can't, but you can connect your PSP to your TV.... you are completely bi passing the whole "having a PS3" issue, I understand that not having a PS3 is swiftly turning into a pandemic
the only problem is PSP games are designed to be played on the PSP's tiny delicious screen, blowing it up makes for a pixelated mess.
