This creation is one of the most disgusting things in the entire universe. I mean seriously, you will find unbelievably sickening sights in there. My friend once saw feces all over the wall in a McDonald's bathroom. I've personally seen things I honestly wish not to discuss. Do they actually serve a purpose (I wouldn't want to reside in one if I was homeless so don't try that one. I would sleep on the street or in the park)?

Well, if you really need to go...

As a general rule, I don't go to the bathroom outside my house; I've trained myself well in the art of 'Hold it!'

Have you ever had to take a piss (or shit) when you weren't at home? If so, then you know their purpose. If not, you need to get out more.

On the road trip a rest stop can be Valhalla, and from experience have generally been sanitary.

I use the public restrooms around here to check up on the latest couples, engagements, weddings and break-ups.
People are very intent on displaying their affection for one another via bathroom stall.

It depends which one you go to. Went to one in a Chinese restaurant once where there was poop smeared on the flushing button, so nobody bothered flushing it. I refused to use that one and went next door.

On the other side, the one at the train station is occasionally very useful after a 3 hour train trip and it's kept clean at all times by someone hired by the city to keep it clean. It has potpourri and little candles. It's not just clean and comfortable, but also smells nice. It's better than my loo at home :(.

Well, I use them for expulsion of bodily wastes. Then again, I always avoid the ones that look like someone just finished filming a scat flick, so I guess I'm just lucky.

Honestly, I plan things out so I can avoid them. They are one of my biggest fears. I do however regret that I cannot hold it all of school, I make a pit stop during 4th. It really really really sucks major ass and I used to be able to survive until I got home.

Well, yes, I've seen some extraordinarily foul public restrooms in my travels. But I assure you there would be even more foul things running about our fine streets were it not for the blessed things.

Why the hell can people avoid peeing on the seat in their own homes, and flush the god damn toilet at their house. Yet cannot aim straight or remember to flush outside of their homes? I'm serious when I say that I always wipe the seat down just in case, and one time there was pee all over the floor and none in the toilet!

Yes, a rather important/obvious one. They can be nasty sometimes but compared to what humanity has been through in the past (in "civilised" places no less) its hardly worth making a big deal out off, unless its a regular occourance in one place. (then its a health and safty issue)

When I was little and I couldn't hold it. Dad wouldn't exactly take the five minute drive home for me to pee, would he?

Other than that, good god no

Ive seen some pretty bad bathrooms before, but none compare to the ones ive seen in gas stations in virginia.

OT: they are horrible if not maintained
