I believe that the creator of 4chan (Moot?) has scripted /b/ to have the puddi-spam added to every post, as opposed to the normal comment.
Not to mention an imbedded, auto-playing youtube link at the top of every page.

In short, /b/ is currently homeless at the moment, and I am finding it hilarious. =3
