I've always liked the name 'rocket' for a dog.

Our dogs here are called Boo, Dante, Rubens, Bud and Lilly Star. But really they all just pay attention to 'dog' or 'NOOOOOOOO DON'T EAT THAT!!!!!'

Yeah, that is one cute little puppy. Not as cute as my puppy though... (jealousy warning). Anyway, just pick a random name out of a hat. Random names work well in most situations, after all, La Roux (UK synthpop duo) got their name from a book of baby names the lead singer found in a bin (what she was doing rooting through a bin I have no idea...).
