Yes and no. There has been pyro pronz for a while that were female, but rule 63 doesn't always apply first. Sometimes the character in question receives rule 34 treatment before rule 63 takes effect.

I've seen many people not bother to just mention a character by his/her name rather than his/her indeterminate gender. Ergo Pyro is not female.

I am irreversibly convinced Pyro is male, because the rest of the cast is male and frankly Pyro has yet to show some -real- boobs. And if you wanna bring up his effeminate posing when his team loses/stalemates, I pre-emptively debunk it on grounds that the pose is meant to reflect on his disappointment, not his gender or masculinity.
