Question about Battlefield Bad Company 2.

I know there's this whole "VIP" system for buying the game new and all that, that nets you free stuff.

What I'd like to know is, if I get the game now, do I get all the Free Stuff that was released between release date and now, or were they just limited time things?

Yes, you get a VIP code if you buy new.

Like others have said, so long as your copy of the game is new it should have a VIP code inside it. That entitles you to everything that has VIP next to it on the store for free.

Which pretty much is lots of maps, theirs in fact two new vip things coming along soon.

The VIP code you entered was tied to your account when you entered it, so you shouldn't have an issue. As for the lag, there was a time where I couldn't connect to the EA servers period, but that was across all games, but I haven't had an issue with lag or connection for close to a week now.

So I could buy a used game and still be good?..Cause Gamestop is having a whole "Buy two used games, get one free" sale that I could use to get it, a $20, and then another $50 used game free. o-o

Edit: Scratch that..it's applied to the "Lowest Cost game"

Then again, I could still buy it used and have enough money to get a 1600 point card or something..hmm...

Im the opposite, since the update ive been lag free. Before the update it was unplayable...

Another Question: How Important is Onslaught mode?..do I need to get it right away?...Someone on Gamefaqs said something about "Playing on the same servers as everyone else"...what does that mean? O-o
