Actually dude, cosmetic surgery has come such a long ways and there is more then one procedure for breast augmentation. The more money you pay the better the job will be, and the better the job will be the more realistic the job will make them look and feel. So no.... not all "fake" tits can be lumped into one category as being skin colored basketballs.

I don't like large breasts, especially if they're fake. That is one of the reasons i don't watch what could be called mainstream porn. Plus, all the actresses look the same: big plastic boobs, bloonde died hair, huge freakin' fingernails (what's up with that anyway; might seem weird that i noticed, but what was actually happening on screen was not that interesting really)... kinda gross. It's the same for the male actors they all kinda look the same. And everyone seems to be greasy for some reason.
So i don't watch porn made by professional actors. To me it's just... lifeless, it has no appeal, no eroticism, no nothing.
Oh, but i do have to say i have watched one that was absolutely hillarious. It was Lord of the Rings, in porn form. no matter how you sugar coat it, at the end of the day there still fake, I will always see fake breasts as lumps of pointless plastic. God/Nature (what ever you prefere) gave you (not strickly you) breasts, theres no point "fixing" somthing that isnt broken. Operation Flashpoint is realistic but its not REAL.

I enjoy nice round tits, the gigantic tits make me sick and the small ones I've got no problem with. Honestly it really just depends on the type of porn I'm expecting to get, but regardless tits can be replaced by any other factor I deem attractive.

It's basically what workermurphy said. There's a genetic pre-disposition to finding certain body types attractive (typically the most attractive form is the most fertile), and there's the societal/learned behaviors saying other things are attractive. This combines to form the culture norm of the "sexy woman", with a moderate-to-large chest and proper figure.

Essentially, porn presents what the Joe Everyman would find attractive, because that is what makes them the most money. The presence of such women in porn just further entrenches the image of the ideal body into the collective unconscious of men, making it harder and harder to change. Vicious circle and all that.

Eh I dont like big tits. You realise theres loads of different categories to serve what people prefer. Some want big breasts other want small.
