Travis Touchdown from the No More Heroes games. He gets so many ladies! He gets women he wants, after killing the right people. He gets women he doesn't want, but are still pretty damn awesome. There's only one woman in the series he doesn't have some flirtations with and that's the bag lady that's #3 in the first game and maybe a boss or two in the second game.
Mario and Link have pretty much made it clear that they are dead set on one particular lady and Solid Snake is, well... old. So between Drake and Niko, my money is on the guy that looks like the movie stars on the posters that teenage girls hang on their walls.
Everybody knows it's Commander Shepard. Every time he gets sent on a mission, his crew has a half-dozen ladies for him to pick from.
Well, most of them are tied down. Link maybe since there are a few girls who seemingly like him, but he only gets Zelda...but he gets her every game. Mario just has Peach. Never played Uncharted but I think he only has that one girl.
Know who does get all the ladies...literally? Ezio. The girl at the start, the random woman in the race in Forli, Rosa, and the other women of Italy seem to like him too.
