I'm a wow player through and through. Although WoW is going out the window once ff14 comes out. But seriously what's with this list ? Do people even still play ultima and everquest ? Those two should've been AION and Guild Wars.

None, because I don't play MMOs. They soak up too much time plus you have to pay for some of them. If I want a game, I want to pay for it completely first so I don't have to lose anymore money on it.

I used to be addicted to WoW, Back in 2007 the days of Vanilla WoW. Me and my mates from school all played it, There were 6 of us, It was a perfect set up as we could always go do 5 mans. We also had our classes sorted, I was the only healer though, So when I was offline nothing happened.... We had our own TS surver too which was pretty gnarly

I tried playing it again last year, But with different friends, But Only lasted a few months. Never again will I be able to capture the fun I had on that game with those original 5 friends.

I've only played a MMOG once, and that was Phantasy Star Universe for like a week because a friend wanted me too. It sucked. Never tried another.

GW never was an MMO, but may I add I am addicted to a certain mmo to be released by bioware, pre-addiction?

Now Global Agenda, though I find it hard to call that game a MMO. Perhaps its a lack of madatory subs. Just buy the game and have access to all but the most highend content. Its taken me off WoW and I am already saving money.

I am also quite addicted to running through poll comments and reporting people who add no value and ***** about how the poll is not tailored to them. (Its like pvp in an MMO)

I used to be addicted to Guild Wars for a while (no membership fees ftw), but late last year and early this year I was even more addicted to EVE. I certainly delved much deeper into EVE than GW, that's for sure. And I've pulled a couple of all-nighters. Camping Jel VIII and canflipping the same two people over and over again (until one of them tried to bait my Rifter buddy and got Concorded in a Scorpion) is still one of my best memories of that game. Even though I lost an entire night's sleep over it.

In Physician, Gank Thyself, an article in this week's The Escapist magazine, a physician trying to cure game addiction delves into World of WarCraft and gets addicted himself. What MMOGs have you been hopelessly addicted to?

(and I can't wait for GW2 - that thing will be fantastic, and perhaps the very end of any hopeful remains I had for a social life. Wait, a social life?)
